Classic Christmas

Start with the bottom of the bell; a “flattened” circle. This is also called foreshortening.
Add the outer lines and the inside ring-er.
Now add some details: a stripe, or two, a bow, a band?

Festive Foliage

Paint a delicate branch facing downwards with one little branch off.
With plain water, wet the shape of a pinecone hanging down and drop a little bit of brown into it. Now let this dry FULLY:)
Add a few green pine needles off the main branch. Remember your laws of gravity: if the pinecone is hanging downwards, your pine needles should be too!
Now your pinecone shape is fully dry, with a dark brown, make some curved lines to mimic each “leaf” of the cone.
